About Me
My passion for complementary and holistic therapies has grown over the years, especially since 2016 when I was looking for ways to de-stress, relax and rebalance my hormones due to having an overactive thyroid. This is when I discovered Reflexology. After having my first few treatments, I was blown away at how much Reflexology helped me on my healing journey, in such a short space of time.
Reflexology was a fascinating new concept to me, finding out that all of the organs and systems of the body are intricately mapped out on the feet, hands, face and even the ears too, and how working these points can help to clear blockages in the body, bringing it back into balance.

In September 2020 I started my Reflexology Practitioner training, it was an incredible journey learning many ways to help people with different Reflexology techniques. During my in depth case studies, I researched and gave treatments to clients, which gave me experience in a wide range of health conditions including - stress, anxiety, grief, IBS, Health Anxiety, fatigue, sleep paralysis, insomnia, headaches, migraine, sinus issues, psoriasis, eczema, myalgia, PCOS, PMS, PMDD, peri-menopause, menopause, post-menopause, stress incontinence, arthritis, neck pain, back pain, knee and hip pain, more! It was refreshing to see the results my clients experienced during their course of treatments.
